Jen's Story

I started my recruitment career in the early 2000s, when the industry looked very different — paper CVs arriving by post, getting lost without sat nav, and a far more manual process overall.

Twenty-four years on, the tools may have changed, but my passion for helping people hasn’t.

Throughout my career, I’ve focused on adding genuine value to local businesses while supporting and coaching finance professionals at every stage of their journey. My aim has always been to be a trusted, long-term partner — not a transactional recruiter.

I’ve worked across large high-street recruiters, executive search firms, and boutique consultancies, which has given me a clear understanding of what good recruitment really looks like.
